1. About These Terms
Welcome to liusha.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we"). The Platform is an information service that filters real demand through willingness to pay, connecting demand-side users with developers. By accessing, registering, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.
2. Account & Login
The Platform uses email magic link login. You confirm that the email you provide is valid and you are responsible for all actions taken through that email. Do not forward login links to others. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us via the email below.
3. Service Description
The Platform currently offers the following paid services:
- Posting a Demand: Users pay a fee to publicly post a demand on the marketplace.
- "I Want This Too" Support: Other users can pay to express the same need on an existing demand.
- Developer Listing: Standard listing is free; express and featured listings are charged per the price schedule.
- Custom Matching: Users submit custom requirements, and the Platform matches them with developers for one-on-one discussions. The matching service itself is free; final arrangements and payments are between the user and the developer.
All specific prices are as displayed on the checkout page. The Platform reserves the right to adjust services and pricing; changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders.
4. Payment & Developer Prepayment
Payments are processed through Stripe, supporting WeChat Pay and Alipay. We only record order status and necessary information β we do not access your payment credentials.
When a product is listed and approved under a demand, users who posted or supported that demand can choose to allocate their prepayment (80% of their payment) to that product's developer. Each user can prepay once per demand; prepayment is irreversible once confirmed.
5. Refund Policy
As the Platform's services are delivered immediately upon payment (demand posting, support records, listing display, etc.), refunds are generally not available after payment. If a platform technical issue prevents service delivery, or if legally required, please contact us via the email below and we will investigate.
6. User Conduct
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Post content that violates applicable laws, public order, or infringes third-party rights;
- Post false demands, false product information, or engage in fraudulent activity;
- Use automated means to scrape or crawl Platform data at scale;
- Interfere with normal Platform operations or circumvent payment and review mechanisms;
- Impersonate another person or use another person's email.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
Content you post on the Platform (demands, product information, custom descriptions, etc.) belongs to you. However, you grant the Platform a free, non-exclusive license to use it as needed to operate the service (including display, reproduction, distribution, and developer matching).
The Platform's own branding, interface, copy, and code are our intellectual property and may not be copied or used commercially without written authorization.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform relies on Stripe (payments), email service providers (login and notifications), and other third-party services. Data is shared with these providers only as necessary. Third-party services have their own terms; the Platform is not responsible for their independent actions.
9. Disclaimer
The Platform only provides information matching between demand-side users and developers. We do not participate in actual delivery or contractual relationships between demands and products. Disputes arising from cooperation, product quality, delivery timelines, or payment settlements between users and developers are to be resolved between the parties; the Platform bears no joint liability.
The Platform endeavors to maintain service availability but is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party service interruptions.
10. Changes to Terms
The Platform may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top as reference. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
