Efficiency Platform Engineer 效能平台工程师

What you'll do Participate in the core module research and development of the efficiency platform, including the entire process of requirements analysis, system design, coding implementation, unit testing, etc. Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance as well as monitoring of the efficiency platform, respond promptly to and solve various technical problems during system operation, and continuously optimize system performance and stability. Automate the deployment and elastic scaling of the platform based on container technologies (such as Docker and Kubernetes) to enhance delivery efficiency. Work closely with teams such as product, operation and maintenance, and testing to continuously iterate and improve the functions of the efficiency platform and facilitate business innovation. What you'll need Bachelor's degree or above; Solid foundation in basic knowledge, familiar with network protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP/HTTPS; Familiar with cloud-native related technology stacks such as Docker and Kubernetes; Familiar with the principles and architecture of distributed systems, including but not limited to databases, caches, message queues, etc. Proficient in using development languages such as Golang and Java; Have experience in the design and development of systems such as operation and maintenance automation and big data processing; Have experience in the design, development and optimization of high-traffic and high-concurrency systems; Have experience in container and Kubernetes management and development; 岗位职责： 参与效能平台的核心模块研发，包括需求分析、系统设计、编码实现、单元测试等全流程工作； 负责效能平台的日常运维与监控，及时响应并解决系统运行中的各类技术问题，持续优化系统性能和稳定性； 基于容器技术（如Docker、Kubernetes）实现平台的自动化部署与弹性伸缩，提高交付效率； 与产品、运维、测试等团队紧密协作，推动效能平台功能的不断迭代与提升，助力业务创新； 任职要求： 本科及以上学历； 基础知识扎实，熟悉TCP/IP、HTTP/HTTPS等网络协议； 熟悉Docker、 Kubernetes等云原生相关技术栈； 熟悉分布式系统原理和系统架构，包括但不限于数据库、缓存、消息队列等； 熟练使用Golang、Java等开发语言； 有运维自动化、大数据处理等系统设计和开发经验； 具备大流量、高并发系统的设计、开发和优化经验； 有容器、Kubernetes管理和开发经验； Why Bitget?
