The A-Method for Hiring is a proprietary framework. Liusha provides a digital platform to implement this method, but does not grant ownership of the underlying intellectual property of the 'Who' methodology.

Liusha is not liable for hiring decisions made using our platform. The final decision to hire any candidate rests solely with the user or their organization.
