What you'll do Continuously monitor and conduct in-depth research on public blockchain ecosystems, protocol innovations, and the latest on-chain developments (such as DeFi, GameFi, NFT, SocialFi, RWA, etc.), leveraging data analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. Track the developments and mechanisms of mainstream and emerging on-chain platforms (such as Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Arbitrum, Optimism, etc.) and their representative projects, analyzing protocol models and economic incentives. Utilize on-chain analysis tools (such as Dune, Nansen, Debank, Token Terminal, etc.) to conduct data mining, uncovering emerging projects, innovative mechanisms, and on-chain risks from a data-driven perspective. Regularly produce research reports, industry analyses, and deep-dive project reviews; participate in the design and evaluation of internal innovative products to support project incubation, business development, and investment decisions. Establish communication with new on-chain project teams, ecosystem developers, and technical communities to access first-hand innovation information and collaborative opportunities. Stay up to date with industry policies and development trends, assess potential compliance, technical, and user risks related to on-chain mechanisms, and provide recommendations for internal risk control and project compliance. What you'll need Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science, finance, mathematics, economics, blockchain, or related fields. Over one year of relevant experience in on-chain research, blockchain ecosystem projects, Dapp products, or blockchain platforms, with hands-on experience in on-chain interactions and participating in on-chain activities. In-depth understanding of at least one type of on-chain innovative mechanism (such as decentralized exchanges, staking & mining, algorithmic stablecoins, etc.) and its underlying logic; familiar with mainstream public chain ecosystems and protocol mechanisms with a strong sense of innovation. Proficient in using various on-chain data analysis tools, capable of independently performing data queries, designing metrics, and conducting in-depth interpretations. Keen industry insight and forward-looking market perspective, with strong passion for and understanding of emerging on-chain ecosystems and innovative business models. Excellent logical thinking, written communication, and coordination skills, able to independently produce high-quality content or drive collaborative projects.
